Australian Domestic Shipping
As an online baby toy store we want to take the hassle out of shipping by offering FREE standard shipping for orders over $149 (including tracking).  Shipping times may vary from 3-10 days after dispatch depending on your location (regional customers may experience longer shipping times).
Little Folk Toys does not accept responsibility for any damage, loss or theft of your parcel once it has been delivered to the nominated location. We recommend all customers track their parcel via the Australia Post network and ensure someone is available to receive it.
Covid-19 Impact on Delivery Timeframes
The impact the Coronavirus pandemic has had on shipping and delivery timeframes has been felt domestically and internationally with delays at times occurring. Despite operating business as usual and continuing to ship products through the Australia Post network, unfortunately there may be instances out of our control with respect to standard and express delivery delays. Returns & Exchanges
At Little Folk Toys we are committed to providing you with products that are of the highest quality. Unfortunately we do not offer change of mind returns or exchanges, however if there is anything at all your are not satisfied with any product upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately. Some of our products made from wood may have slight variances to grain and texture as it is a natural product. 
Damage/Faulty Items
All items are carefully checked prior to sending. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately to discuss your options. We can offer an exchange, or refund should the product be unavailable.
