Shipping and Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

We use Australian Post to ship our products out to our customers. We offer free shipping on orders over $149. Shipping on each item is size dependent and will be calculated at checkout.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently we only ship within Australia however we are hoping to expand to other regions shortly.

Has Covid-19 impacted on delivery type and timeframes?

The impact the Coronavirus pandemic has had on shipping and delivery timeframes has been felt domestically and internationally with delays at times occuring. Despite operating business as usual and continuing to ship products through the Australia Post network, unfortunately there may be instances out of our control with respect to standard and express delivery delays. How long until I can expect my order?

Once we have recieved and dispatched your order, shipping times may vary from 3-10 days depending on your location. Regional customers may experience longer shipping times. If you have chosen to use Express post, Australia Post is not currently guarenteeing next-business-day delivery due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Please refer to the Australia Post website for further updates.


How do you select your products?

If you couldn’t tell by now…we love colour! Our philosophy is simple, we believe in providing quality and timeless toys that provide endless options for open ended play and let little folk’s imaginations run wild! All of our silicone products are BPA free and use food grade silicone, ensuring feeding and teething are as natural as you can get! We love to find brands that support ethical trade practices and products which are eco-friendly and where possible using natural materials. We also put the environment at the forefront of our packaging, by using as many materials as possible which are compositable or recyclable.

Can I return my purchase?

We always hope you are satified with your product however we know that if you need to return an item, we want it to be as pain free as possible! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please email us at info@littlefolktoys.com.au and we can walk you through the process. We are not able to offer refunds for change of mind instances however we would be happy to offer a store credit or exchange. Please note return postage costs will be at the responsibility of the customer.
